Clint Feuerherdt

Group Chief Executive Officer
Clint joined Kelsian Group as Group CEO in 2020 following the acquisition of the Transit Systems Group. Clint was CEO Transit Systems Group for 10 years and, under his guidance, Transit Systems Australia was entrusted with more franchised bus service contracts than any other company in Australia, growing revenue by over 400%.
In 2012-2013 Clint led the expansion of Transit Systems Group into the United Kingdom, making Transit Systems Group the only Australian owned multinational public transport operator and further expanding into Singapore in 2015.
Clint graduated from the University of Queensland with an Honours Degree in Commerce and was awarded the University Medal. Clint previously worked in investment banking.

Andrew Muir
B.Ec, MBA
Group Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary
Andrew joined Kelsian Group in 2017, bringing extensive experience in strategy and planning, debt and equity markets, mergers and acquisitions and leadership of cost reduction programs. Prior to Kelsian, he has held various financial and commercial senior management positions, including ASX-listed Hills Limited as Group General Manager of Business Development, and then as CFO and Company Secretary, Ahrens Group and E&A Limited. He is a chartered accountant and holds an MBA with substantial experience across ASX-listed and non-listed companies in a range of sectors.

Graeme Legh

Chief Development Officer
Graeme was appointed Kelsian’s Chief Development Officer in 2020 having joined Transit Systems in 2009 and is responsible for the continued growth of the business through the management and execution of tenders, acquisitions, mergers and divestments. Graeme has led numerous successful bids and acquisitions for the Group including the entry into the Sydney, Darwin and Melbourne bus markets in Australia and the Group’s international expansion into the United Kingdom and Singapore.
Graeme holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Queensland. Previously, Graeme worked within Macquarie Group’s Investment Banking Division in Sydney and London.

Michael McGee
Chief Executive Officer, Transit Systems
Michael is responsible for the strategic direction and all operations of our Transit Systems businesses, including driving efficiencies and identifying new business and product opportunities.
Michael is a highly experienced senior executive having held various senior positions in the public transport, financial services, venture capital, and logistics sectors. He has extensive and leading edge knowledge in the transportation sector having worked recently as the Chief Executive Officer for netBI, a software-as-a-Service (SaaS) data platform and analytics solution for the transport sector. His previous experience extends to Chief Commercial Officer at Redeye Apps, Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Transit Australia Group and Executive Director Bus, Coach, Ferry and Aviation Services at TransLink Transit Authority.

Donna Gauci
Chief Operating Officer, SeaLink Marine & Tourism
Donna is responsible for the operations of the Marine and Tourism Division with 37 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Joining Kelsian Group in 2005 as New Zealand Sales and Marketing Manager, Donna’s ability to identify and execute growth opportunities saw a quick progression to the General Manager New Zealand position. In 2011 Donna accepted the General Manager South Australia position where consistent delivery of results led to Donna’s appointment to the Chief Operating Officer Marine and Tourism role. Donna provides operational oversight into all Marine and Tourism aspects at Kelsian and is responsible for the effective leadership of all General Managers and the sales and marketing divisions.
Donna is highly experienced in retail, wholesale, and tourism operations. She has a proven history of growing and transforming businesses from a loss into strong profitable positions, specialising in business efficiencies, customer experience and leadership.

Rick Carpenter
MBA Strategy, B.Bus HRM, GAICD
Chief People & Culture Officer
Rick joined Kelsian Group as Chief People & Culture Officer in April 2021 and has global responsibility for People & Culture, HSEQ and Internal Communications. Rick is an experienced senior human resources and safety executive with over twenty-five years’ experience in FMCG, retail and local government, across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and China. Throughout his career Rick has supported numerous strategic business turnarounds in highly complex unionised environments, which have also included numerous safety culture transformations.

Paul Cox
FCA, BA (Hons)
Tower Transit Group Chairman / CFO
Paul is responsible for the finance and treasury of the international businesses and is Chairman of the Singapore and UK Operations.
A CFO with experience in financial and commercial management of large international transport employers, across bus, light and heavy rail. Specialising in M&A, divestments, turnaround, integration, management information systems and operational management. His experience spans from UK, Europe, LATAM, Singapore and Australia, typically in the $250k to $750m turnover range employing up to 6,000 staff, in public and privately owned and private equity backed businesses.
Paul has been a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1986 and became a Fellow in 1997.

Chris Benson
BSc (Ma.&Comp.Sc.)
Chief Information Officer
Chris is responsible for information systems across the Group.
Prior to joining Kelsian in 2018 as Chief Information Officer, Chris worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank for 16 years in various roles in Sydney and London with his last role as Executive Director, Head of Equities Technology Australia.
Chris has a diverse technology background from application programmer through to leading complex organisational technology change programs across geographical boundaries. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics and Computer Science) from the University of Adelaide, Graduate Diploma, International Business Administration from Flinders University and a Graduate Certificate, Applied Finance from Securities Institute Australia.

Joanne H. McDonald
LLB (Hons), B.EC, GAICD, FGIA
Chief Legal and Risk Officer and Joint Company Secretary
Joanne joined Kelsian in 2018 as General Counsel and Company Secretary, and in 2022 became Chief Legal and Risk Officer for the Group. Joanne is responsible for overseeing the legal, risk and corporate governance requirements of the Group as well as being Company Secretary for Kelsian and many of its subsidiaries.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and has over 25 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law at senior levels in a range of industries, together with extensive strategic risk and executive management experience.
