Clint Feuerherdt

Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer
Mr Feuerherdt joined Kelsian Group as Group CEO in 2020 following the acquisition of the Transit Systems Group. Mr Feuerherdt was CEO Transit Systems Group for 10 years and, under his guidance, Transit Systems Australia was entrusted with more franchised bus service contracts than any other company in Australia, growing revenue by over 400%.
Mr Feuerherdt has led the global expansion of the Kelsian Group into the United Kingdom in 2012, Singapore in 2015, and USA in 2023.
Mr Feuerherdt graduated from the University of Queensland with an Honours Degree in Commerce and was awarded the University Medal. Mr Feuerherdt previously worked in investment banking.
In addition to holding the role of Group Chief Executive, Mr Feuerherdt was appointed as Managing Director, and a member of the Kelsian Group Board, in July 2023.
Andrew Muir

Group Chief Financial Officer
Mr Muir joined Kelsian Group in 2017, bringing extensive experience in strategy and planning, debt and equity markets, mergers and acquisitions and leadership of cost reduction programs. Prior to Kelsian, he has held various financial and commercial senior management positions, including ASX-listed Hills Limited as Group General Manager of Business Development, and then as CFO and Company Secretary, Ahrens Group and E&A Limited.
Since joining Kelsian, Mr Muir has overseen significant growth in the domestic business and the Group’s expansion to USA in 2023.
He is a chartered accountant and holds an MBA with substantial experience across ASX-listed and non-listed companies in a range of sectors.
Joanne McDonald

Group Chief Legal and Risk Officer
Ms McDonald joined Kelsian in 2018 as General Counsel and Company Secretary, and in 2022 became Chief Legal and Risk Officer for the Group. Ms McDonald is responsible for overseeing the legal, risk and corporate governance requirements of the Group as well as being Company Secretary for Kelsian and many of its subsidiaries.
Ms McDonald holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and has over 25 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law at senior levels in a range of industries, together with extensive strategic risk and executive management experience.
Adam Heilbron

Group Chief Information Officer
Mr Heilbron joined Kelsian in 2024 bringing over 23 years of knowledge and experience in technological advice including implementing digital and cloud technology, data and analytics, advancing business operations, large-scale project management, cyber security and innovative thinking. Throughout his career, Mr Heilbron has been responsible for both strategic and tactical planning and execution across large-scale IT platforms and environments.
Mr Heilbron is responsible for setting the strategic direction, implementing innovative technology solutions and aligning all plans to the future state across the Group.
Mr Heilbron holds an undergraduate degree in Technology with an Information Systems Major (Distinction) from Swinburne University in 2009 and an MBA from Charles Sturt University. Mr Heilbron is also a Certified Information Security Manager.
Paul Cox
FCA, BA (Hons)
Tower Transit Group Chairman / CFO
Mr Cox is responsible for the finance and treasury of the international businesses and is Chairman of the Singapore and UK Operations.
A CFO with experience in financial and commercial management of large international transport employers, across bus, light and heavy rail. Specialising in M&A, divestments, turnaround, integration, management information systems and operational management. His experience spans from UK, Europe, LATAM, Singapore and Australia, typically in the $250k to $750m turnover range employing up to 6,000 staff, in public and privately owned and private equity backed businesses.
Mr Cox has been a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1986 and became a Fellow in 1997.
Operations
Michael McGee
Chief Executive Officer, Transit Systems
Mr McGee is responsible for the strategic direction and all operations of our Transit Systems businesses, including driving efficiencies and identifying new business and product opportunities.
Mr McGee is a highly experienced senior executive having held various senior positions in the public transport, financial services, venture capital, and logistics sectors. He has extensive and leading edge knowledge in the transportation sector having worked recently as the Chief Executive Officer for netBI, a software-as-a-Service (SaaS) data platform and analytics solution for the transport sector. His previous experience extends to Chief Commercial Officer at Redeye Apps, Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Transit Australia Group and Executive Director Bus, Coach, Ferry and Aviation Services at TransLink Transit Authority.
Donna Gauci
Chief Executive Officer, SeaLink Marine & Tourism
Ms Gauci is responsible for the operations of the Marine and Tourism Division with 37 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Joining Kelsian Group in 2005 as New Zealand Sales and Marketing Manager, Ms Gauci's ability to identify and execute growth opportunities saw a quick progression to the General Manager New Zealand position. In 2011 Ms Gauci accepted the General Manager South Australia position where consistent delivery of results led to her appointment to the Chief Operating Officer Marine and Tourism role. Ms Gauci provides operational oversight into all Marine and Tourism aspects at Kelsian and is responsible for the effective leadership of all General Managers and the sales and marketing divisions.
Ms Gauci is highly experienced in retail, wholesale, and tourism operations. She has a proven history of growing and transforming businesses from a loss into strong profitable positions, specialising in business efficiencies, customer experience and leadership.
Ms Gauci was appointed Chief Executive Officer, SeaLink Marine & Tourism in July 2023.
Samuel Ribeiro
Managing Director, Tower Transit UK
Mr Ribeiro has nearly 20 years of experience working across the transport and banking industries. He led Tower Transit London to become one of London’s best-performing bus operators, having previously worked in Investment Banking with HSBC, Citibank and Itau Bank.
Mr Ribeiro is one of the few people in the world to combine over a decade of experience in arranging financing for large scale, high-profile bus projects globally – such as Transmilenio, Transantiago and Rea Vaya – in conjunction with the practical experience of managing a bus operating company in the highly competitive London bus market. He holds a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He has been a speaker for the Latin Finance, World Bank and World Resources Institute transport events.
Winston Toh
Managing Director, Tower Transit Singapore
Mr Toh joined Tower Transit Singapore (TTS) as Managing Director in 2019. Under his charge, TTS won two government bus contracts in 2020, doubling its operational footprint and positioning it as a major player in the public bus market. He has been instrumental in forging strong working relationships between TTS and both the Land Transport Authority and the National Transport Workers’ Union. Mr Toh brings to TTS a wealth of leadership experience. He oversaw international sales and marketing as Chief Marketing Officer at ST Engineering, and was Deputy CEO of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, a statutory board of Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower. He also spent 27 years in the Singapore Armed Forces where he rose to the rank of Brigadier General. Mr Toh holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy.
Graeme Legh

Chief Executive Officer, All Aboard America! Holdings Inc.
Mr Legh was appointed Chief Executive Officer, All Aboard America! Holdings Inc. in September 2023. Prior to this he was Kelsian’s Chief Development Officer, having joined Transit Systems in 2009, and was responsible for the continued growth of the Group through the management and execution of tenders, acquisitions, mergers and divestments. Mr Legh has led numerous successful bids and acquisitions for the Group, including the entry into the Sydney and Melbourne bus markets in Australia and the Group’s international expansion into the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore.
Mr Legh holds a MBA from the University of Cambridge and Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Queensland. Previously, Mr Legh worked within Macquarie Group’s Investment Banking Division in Sydney and London.
