Celebrating 20 Years of Yalari: A Proud Moment for Kelsian Group
Tuesday 20 May 2025
Leaders from Kelsian Group were honoured to attend Yalari's 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner in Adelaide, joining a powerful celebration of two decades of transformative education and opportunity for Indigenous students from regional and remote communities across Australia.
Since 2005, Yalari has provided full secondary education scholarships to more than 1,000 Indigenous children, empowering a generation through education. In 2025, Yalari will support 251 current students and nearly 600 alums nationwide pursuing further study, work, and training.
Kelsian has proudly partnered with Yalari since 2023, recognising education's vital role in creating generational change.
"Yalari’s commitment to empowering young Indigenous Australians through education is truly inspiring. At Kelsian, we believe in the power of connection and opportunity - values Yalari brings to life daily," said Clint Feuerherdt, former Kelsian CEO and now Strategic Advisor. “It’s an honour to support their journey and to celebrate this incredible 20-year milestone.”
General Manager People & Culture, Mel Jensen, added:
"Attending the Gala Dinner was a moving reminder of the power of education to change lives. We're proud to stand with Yalari as they continue this important work."
We’d also like to thank two Kelsian team members who volunteered their time to support the event - Amanda Webb, Group Head of Financial Reporting, and Puneet Vij, Marketing Automation Specialist. Your contribution helped make the evening a success.
Congratulations to Yalari on 20 years of remarkable impact - here’s to many more.
