We are pleased to announce that Go West, part of our Australian Public Transport Division - Transit Systems, has secured the operation of four school bus services, for terms of up to 17 years, with the Public Transport Authority. Greg Balkin, Kelsian Group Limited COO says, "We are proud to secure these new contracts on a long-term basis and look forward to continuing to deliver reliable services to the schooling communities."

Moving primary and secondary school children on a daily basis in Tom Price, Manea and Karratha, as well as offering school bus services for community events, Transit Systems Chief Operating Officer Greg Balkin said they were pleased to continue providing safe, reliable and convenient services.

“We have a global reputation for transportation excellence, but part of what makes our group successful is that we share and leverage our world-class expertise across our network.

“This ensures we deliver the very best fit for each local community with tailored services,” he said.

Kelsian Group have contracts in place with Governments in every Australian state, with Go West successfully operating the Tom Price school bus services on a short-term contract with the PTA in Western Australia for the last 12 months.

“We are proud to secure these new contracts on a long-term basis and look forward to continuing to deliver reliable services to the schooling communities,” he said.

Locals will see more of Go West in the region, with the Group also announcing the acquisition of local tourism operator, Lestok Tours.

“With the Lestok Tours depot directly opposite our existing bus depot in Tom Price, we have plenty of synergy and support locally and look forward to welcoming students, locals and tourists aboard,” he said.
