Tower Transit Singapore is heading to Sentosa!

We are proud to share that Tower Transit Singapore (TTS) has been awarded a new contract by Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) to operate Sentosa’s island bus services for guests and employees, and the Sentosa Beach Shuttle.

The 500-hectare island is a premier resort destination located 15 minutes from Singapore’s central business district. It attracted approximately 16 million visitors in FY24.

“This is a milestone for Tower Transit Singapore as it is our first foray into commercial bus operations and on Singapore’s premier island resort getaway, no less. We will build on our experience as a public bus operator to deliver bus rides that are enjoyable, smooth, safe and that live up to Sentosa’s reputation as a world-class leisure destination,” said Winston Toh, Managing Director, Tower Transit Singapore.

As part of the five-year contract, TTS will maintain over 40 vehicles on behalf of SDC, including 14 electric buses and 10 electric trams. Bus and maintenance services are expected to commence on 1 October 2025 and Sentosa Beach Shuttle services on 1 January 2026. SDC has an option to extend the contract for a further five years on expiry of the initial term.
