All Aboard America Holdings women steer their way to the top of the bus industry

All Aboard America Holdings (AAAHI), a leading provider of bus transportation services in the United States, has announced that eight of its female leaders have been nominated for prestigious transit industry awards.

Graeme Legh, Chief Executive Officer, All Aboard America Holdings said the nominations in the Busline Magazine's ‘Women to Recognize in Busing’ awards highlight the company’s dedication to diversity, inclusion and outstanding performance across all levels of the organisation.

“We are very proud to see our exceptional leaders receive these well-deserved nominations. With women across leadership, operations and coach driver roles, the nominations reflect a passion for transportation that spans across the business,” he said.

Meet the nominees:

Yolanda Pitchford, Compliance Manager, AAAHI

Yolanda Pitchford has been a pivotal figure in advancing the company’s safety and compliance initiatives. Her leadership in redeveloping the driver trainer program and fostering a culture of continuous safety improvement has reduced incidents and enhanced operational standards.

Michelle Eversgerd, Sales Manager, Lux Bus America

With 16 years of experience at Lux Bus America, Michelle has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in client relations and team development. Her ability to motivate her team and deliver results has driven significant growth for the company.

Lori Tokarz, Director of Operations, Sun Diego Charter

With more than 30 years in the transportation industry, Lori’s expertise in operations and safety has made a significant impact on Sun Diego Charter. Her innovative training programs have improved driver performance and customer satisfaction.

Bert Beall, Location Manager, All Aboard America

Bert’s 40-year tenure with All Aboard America in Midland, TX, has been marked by her dedication to cross-training and team collaboration. Her leadership has fostered a resilient and adaptive team known for delivering exceptional customer service.

Christine Randall, Motorcoach Operator, All Aboard America

Christine has built a stellar reputation as one of Arizona’s top professional sports drivers. Her commitment to excellence and willingness to mentor her colleagues have made her a respected figure within All Aboard America.

Cindi Ruff, Chief People Officer, AAAHI

As Chief People Officer, Cindi has been instrumental in driving workforce development and environmental initiatives at AAAHI. Her leadership has improved employee wellbeing and safety across the company.

Trisha Fridrich, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, AAAHI

Trisha’s leadership has driven the success of AAAHI’s six subsidiary brands, and her advocacy for the motorcoach industry has been recognized on a national level. Her contributions to growth and digital innovation have set a new standard in the industry.

Keyana Oliphant, Operations Manager, Lux Bus America

Keyana’s journey from minivan driver to Operations Manager at Lux Bus America is a testament to her dedication and leadership. She has implemented innovative team building activities and enhanced operational efficiency, resulting in higher team morale and productivity.

“As we continue to drive the future of transportation, it’s leaders like these who pave the way for innovation, inclusivity and success across our entire organisation.

“Their contributions inspire everyone within AAAHI to aim higher and move forward together,” Mr Legh said.

With Bert Beall’s 40-year contribution recently celebrated in Midland, TX, Mr Legh said her contribution was incredible.

“We congratulate and thank Bert for her contribution to All Aboard America and dedication to the industry,” he said.

Mr Legh added that over 150 employees had been with AAAHI for over a decade.

“We have nearly 40% female employees and we’re thrilled our latest figures show that over 45% of new hires are also women. We’re proud to have a such a loyal and diverse workforce contributing to the industry,” he said.

The nominations follow award achievements in 2023 by Lux Bus America winning Driver of the Year for California Bus Association and All Aboard America awarded as Driver of the Year for American Bus Association. All Aboard America also won Driver of the Year for Samsara in 2022.
